Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of indoornational.com (the “Site”) and our private indoor golf simulator membership services operated by Indoor National in Austin, Texas. By accessing the Site or submitting an online membership application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or services.

1. Eligibility

Membership is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. Minors under 18 may not join but may visit the facility as guests when accompanied by a member, in accordance with our membership agreement guidelines.

2. Membership

All memberships are initiated and managed through our online signup process. Upon completion, you enter into our membership agreement, which serves as the primary contract governing club access, payments, guest privileges, facility rules (including club policies, conduct expectations, and liability matters), and other operational details. These Terms complement the membership agreement and apply specifically to the Site and general services.

3. Online Signup and Payments

You agree to provide accurate, current information during signup. Recurring membership dues and any applicable fees are securely processed through Stripe. By signing up, you authorize automatic charges to your provided payment method. All payment, cancellation, and refund terms are detailed in the membership agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment, policy violations, or other breaches.

4. SMS Communications

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Indoor National, your use of that service is governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions.

5. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use—to learn about Indoor National, explore membership, and manage your account. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, data scraping, or introducing harmful code. We may restrict or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, and design—is owned by Indoor National or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to view and use the Site for personal purposes only.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indoor National disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months (or $100, whichever is greater). Specific risks related to facility use (such as personal injury or equipment use) are addressed in the membership agreement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Indoor National harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services at any time for any reason, subject to the terms of your membership agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
